The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is an exceptional wine with a complex character. This deep, dark and profoundly concentrated wine boasts a dense ruby/purple-tinged color as well as a gorgeous nose similar to that of a French Bordeaux that is intermixed with notions of crushed blueberries and violets. Full bodied and unctuously-textured with flavors of dust, leather and chocolate, this is a terrific, full-throttle, palate-staining, impeccably well-balanced wine that can be drunk for next 10-15 years.
