All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines.  By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Wines may be sold only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old.  

The shipping portion of this order will be charged to your credit card on file by the Pack & Ship company.   Wines are shipped via ground to all states. If you wish to be quoted 2nd day Air rates, please call the office at (707) 942-0251 during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 9am to 5 pm PST.    Please let us know if you would prefer to ship differently.   During the summer, wines will be held for shipment until cool weather resumes.   A $5 surcharge will be added for deliveries to a residential address.   Insurance is added to your order at a rate of $1.00/$100.00 of value.    If you have questions or other shipping needs, please contact us.
